News ticker Integration
If you want to keep your users or employees informed on a continuous basis, Dynamic Toolbar 4 offers an integrated news ticker. An XML file can be used to feed the news ticker. Maintenance is quite simple. The ticker is run off of an .xml or .txt file that's loaded from your server. To update the content of the ticker, just update that file.
Now the news ticker supports RSS 2 format, news MS, images. Also a cookie can be sent from the server to the user and the toolbar retrieves the cookie information and displays it in the ticker.
Weather button
Weather conditions and live tem peratures, either in Celsius of Fahrenheit, are available via a button that has read an XML file for a list of predefined cities. Users can view results for the city of their choice. Request this feature.
