This tiny application will verify to see if the user has installed the toolbar. If the toolbar has not been installed the application will download the toolbar exe and launch the installation process. It can also be done silently (no prompt, no confirmation). It's certainly a great add on to a bundle since its size is only 50 KB. Can be bundled with screen savers, wall paper… or other application.
